use.id Subprocessors

Digita and its affiliates use the following third party subprocessors to assist them in providing use.id Services (as described in the relevant use.id Master Subscription Agreement):

• DigitalOcean, LLC, headquartered in the United States, to provide hosting and networking services. DigitalOcean has implemented the Standard Contractual Clauses in connection with data transfers of data from the EEA to the US.

• Auth0, Inc, headquartered in the United States, to provide identity and access management services. Auth0 has implemented the Standard Contractual Clauses in connection with data transfers of data from the EEA to the US.

• Webflow, Inc, headquartered in the United States, to provide web hosting services for the landing page of use.id. Webflow has implemented the Standard Contractual Clauses in connection with data transfers of data from the EEA to the US. The DPA can be requested by sending an email to [email protected].

• Twilio Inc, headquartered in the United States, to provide email services for the transactional emails of use.id. Twilio has implemented the Standard Contractual Clauses in connection with data transfers of data from the EEA to the US as part of our Data Processing Agreement.

• Cloudflare Inc, headquartered in the United States, to provide global networking and security services. Cloudflare has implemented the Standard Contractual Clauses in connection with data transfers of data from the EEA to the US.

• Amazon Web Services, Inc, headquartered in the United States, to provide cloud infrastructure for parts of use.id. Amazon Web Services have implemented the Standard Contractual Clauses in connection with data transfers of data from the EEA to the US.

• Scaleway, S.A.S, headquartered in Paris, to provide cloud infrastructure for parts of use.id. The DPA can be found on Scaleway's website.
